REQUEST/Suggestion: A walk-through/step-by-step guide on transcoding h/x.264 mkv/avi files to lower resolutions, & keeping audio untouched (i.e. pass-through/copy of a AC-3 or DTS sound track)

Suggestion: We can open m2ts which contains h264 stream by dgavc as open mpeg2 by dgindex. I feel that dgavc is more steady and efficient than before.
